The only piece that is not optional. Everything downstream assumes the document gets written in a conversation instead of in a template. Claude drafts the page, rewrites the section you did not like, and with the docfarm connector publishes it and edits it in place without you leaving the chat.

Granola, for the input

Meeting notes taken without a bot joining the call. The value here is not the summary, it is that the transcript becomes source material. “Build the follow up one pager from this morning's call” works because something was listening properly while you were not typing.

Wispr Flow, for the speed

$15 a month, or $12 billed annually.

Dictation that works everywhere you type. It sounds minor until you notice that describing a document out loud takes ninety seconds and typing the same brief takes eight minutes. When the interface to your tools is a prompt, talking is the fastest input you own.

docfarm, for the sending

€0 on the free tier, €10.99 for Pro, or €8.99 a month billed yearly.

This is the slot DocSend has held for a decade: send the document, see who opened it, see how long they stayed. The difference is that the document is a live HTML page your AI can patch, so the link you sent in March still shows the current version in June, and the whole farm stays queryable from the conversation.

The optional fifth: Superhuman

$25 a month on Starter.

Not needed to make any of this work, which is why the stack fits the budget without it. Worth it if email is where your day actually happens, because it closes the loop: the read data says who opened the proposal twice, and the follow up goes out without your hands leaving the keyboard.

What it costs

Claude at $17, Granola at $14 and Wispr Flow at $12, all billed annually, comes to $43 a month. docfarm is free until you need hosting past thirty days, and €10.99 after that. Call it forty something euros a month for one person, all in, whichever way the euro moves that week.

Add Superhuman and you are near seventy. That is still less than one seat of most enterprise document suites, and this one produces documents you can measure.

Start with Claude and the free docfarm tier, because that pair alone changes what a document is: built in a conversation, sent as a link, updated in place. Add Wispr Flow when you notice you are typing briefs. Add Granola when you notice you are rebuilding context a meeting already contained. Add Superhuman last, or never.
